Had my favorite conspirator-chef over for dinner tonight. We used the spiralizer on part of the monster zucchini. Sautéed the results in meyer lemon infused olive oil, then added pesto and homegrown cherry tomatoes. Herbed chicken thighs completed the meal. Yum!
