Visited Muir Woods for the first time this past long weekend. It blows away the other redwood forests I’ve visited, (Big Basin, Henry Cowell, Montgomery Woods). Really glad we went, also glad we got off the main trail and took one of the hillside loops– fewer people, even more beautiful scenery.
