Moroccan Lemon Chicken with Olives
Saute 1 chopped onion and 4 cloves minced garlic in 1/4 c olive oil.
Add 1 and a quarter tsp EACH of ginger, cinnamon, coriander, and paprika
Add three-quarters of a tsp EACH of black pepper, turmeric, and cumin
Optionally add up to 3/4 of a tsp red pepper flakes if you like hot stuff
Chop up 1 tomato, add to spices and oil. Add 1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
