I just turned on the double authentication mode for Google, and promptly my G+ on my phone stopped working. Problem– no way to change the stored password for the apps that need an app-specific password.
Solution: Nifty trick below where somehow Google Play (formerly the App Store) somehow Does The Right Thing and recaches the new password you type in. I don’t know how or why it works, but I have my G+ back on my phone now, so I’m happy. View or comment on Strata Chalup’s post »Google+ makes sharing on the web more like sharing in real life.
