Some incredibly hoopy frood has a whole site of Halloween and creepy stuff and stories about a place called Ravensblight. It's got art, computer games, stories, music, and a really amazing 'toyshop' of downloadable paper goth toys to build, including some board games.

The site is almost worth visiting JUST for the main nav page, which shows these ramshackle house silhouettes that glow with the site sections when you mouse over them. WAY cool.
