Had my usual 6-month checkup today and the numbers are way better than I'd have thought, given how in/un-sane the past few months have been.

Weight down a couple of pounds

BP immediately, 150/80 ; BP after resting and reading a magazine, 115/60

a1c down from 5.3 to 5.1

renal function excellent

slightly anemic, but nothing major (anymore)

Yay. Much yay.
