I put my nukrowave popcorn in, hit the popcorn button, and went down the hall to the Little Engineers Room. When I came back, my popcorn was completed and on the counter, someone else's was in, and there was a person in line. “I smelled your popcorn, and realized I was really hungry…” As I went down the hall with my popcorn, I heard someone else come up and say, “Yeah, wow, popcorn, that's what I need!!”
BTW, it was a good thing I put a spare Happy Thing in the Double-Happy Dance posting. That wasn't it– the server is now hanging (again!) on reboot. Time to instrument the crap out of /etc/rc3.d and see WTF its problem is. Betcha a nickel it's something to do with the stupid VLAN setup they use to isolate stuff in the Homeless Racks. Grrrr. This is a freshly-jumped box, it should *not* be having reboot probs. Breakage from the Oracle install is a possibility too.
